Anniversary of the Constitution of May 3

Dnia 30 kwietnia 2019 r. w naszej szkole odbył się uroczysty apel z okazji 228 Rocznicy Uchwalenia Konstytucji 3 Maja. Aby upamiętnić ten doniosły fakt w historii Polski, klasa IV e przygotowała dla klas 0-IV uroczystą akademię. Natomiast dla starszych uczniów naszej szkoły grupa teatralna Pika -team zaprezentowała spektakl: Moja Ojczyzna. Część artystyczna o patriotycznej wymowie, dotykała ważnych faktów z historii Polski, wyjaśniała rolę takich słów jak ojczyzna i patriotyzm. Otrzymaliśmy możliwość przypomnienia sobie całej historii dotyczącej tego zdarzenia. Każdy z nas miał okazję obejrzeć prezentacje multimedialną mówiącą o monumentalnym obrazie Jana Matejki " Konstytucja 3 Maja" , zawierającego bogaty przekaz i opowieść historyczną. Dowiadujemy się z niego nie tylko o głównych bohaterach sejmowego uchwalenia Konstytucji, ale również o ponadczasowych postawach Polaków.

On April 30, 2019, a celebration was held at our school on the occasion of the 228th Anniversary of the Constitution of May 3. To commemorate this momentous fact in the history of Poland, class IVe prepared a solemn academy for grades 0 to IV. For the older students of our school, the Pika-team drama club presented the play entitled "My Homeland". The artistic part with a patriotic touch tackled important facts from the history of Poland and explained the role of such concepts as homeland and patriotism. We had an opportunity to revise the whole story of those events. We watched a multimedia presentation about the monumental painting by Jan Matejko "Konstytucja 3 Maja", which contains a deep message and a historical tale. We can learn from it not only about the main heroes of the Sejm's enactment of the Constitution, but also about the timeless attitudes of Poles.
