Activating physical education classes

Za nami kolejne kreatywne lekcje wychowania fizycznego mobilizujące uczniów KSP do aktywności fizycznej poza szkołą i domem. Tym razem wybraliśmy się z wychowankami klasy 4b do Centrum Mobius w celu nauki podstawowych technik wspinaczki ściankowej. Dla wielu osób ta forma zajęć była okazją do podjęcia ogromnych wyzwań nie tylko pod względem fizycznym, ale także pod względem pokonania barier emocjonalnych. Tym samym uczestnicy zajęć aktywizujących zbudowali pewności siebie w dążeniu do wyznaczonego celu oraz poznali kolejną formę spędzania czasu wolnego, która może śmiało zastąpić gry na wszelkiego rodzaju nośnikach multimedialnych. Dla wielu będzie zapewne początkiem pasji wspinaczki skałkowej.

Behind us are the next creative physical education lessons mobilizing KSP students to physical activity outside school and home. This time we went with the students of class 4b to the Mobius Center in order to learn the basic techniques of wall climbing. For many people, this form of classes was an opportunity to take on huge challenges not only in physical terms, but also in terms of overcoming emotional barriers. Thus, the participants of the activating classes built their self-confidence in pursuing their goals and learned about another form of spending free time that can easily replace games on all kinds of multimedia carriers. For many, it will probably be the beginning of a passion for rock climbing.
