W Dniu Kobiet klasy 6e i 8e udały się do parku trampolin FlySky w celu celebracji tego święta. Uczniowie mieli możliwość korzystania z wielu form aktywności fizycznych.
Główną atrakcją były konstrukcje trampolinowe, które sprawiały ogromną radość młodzieży.
W wolnej chwili uczniowie mogli udać się w grupach rówieśniczych na pizze, by zregenerować siły i uzupełnić kalorie. Entuzjazm i pozytywne emocje nie opuszczały nikogo do samego końca.

Klasa 1c świętowała Dzień Kobiet poznając tajemnice czekolady. Uczestnicząc w warsztatach dowiedzieliśmy się skąd pochodzi czekolada, a także poznaliśmy każdy proces jej powstawania.
Mieliśmy okazję spróbować jak smakuje ziarno kakaowca a także wypiliśmy prawdziwą gorącą czekoladę. Było przepysznie. Zwieńczeniem warsztatów było zaprojektowanie i własnoręczne wykonanie swojej własnej tabliczki czekolady.

Due to Women’s Day celebration our first graders (1c) discoverd the secrets of the best chocolate in the world. At the begining of the chocolate workshop students learned the origin of chocolate and the process of its production.
Next, students had a teste of various types of chocolate flavours and were able to drink delicious hot chocolates. At the end of their visit students had a special mission which was to design and create one of their own chocolate bars.

Dziś nasi trzecioklasiści wzięli udział w warsztatach "Fizyka dla smyka". Dowiedzieliśmy się wiele na temat ciśnienia atmosferycznego oraz próżni.
Dzieci wzięły udział w wielu ciekawych eksperymentach i miały możliwość poznać prawa fizyki na własnej skórze.

Today our third graders took part in the "Physics for a Smyka" workshop. We learned a lot about atmospheric pressure and vacuum.
Children took part in many interesting experiments and had the opportunity to learn the laws of physics on their own skin

Valentine's Day in tropical swimming pools

Dzień Walentynek klasa 3b spędziła na basenach tropikalnych w "Hotelu Bińkowski Resort". Uczniowie wspólnie bawili się w wodzie, pływali pontonami po rzece dookoła całego basenu oraz zjeżdżali na zjeżdżalniach. Atmosfera panująca na basenach udzieliła się wszystkim dzieciom - poczuły się jak na prawdziwej wyspie. Po wesołej zabawie w wodzie przyszła kolej na zabawę w bawialni, gdzie dzieci dodatkowo mogły zagrać w tenisa stołowego. Ogromną frajdę sprawiła również możliwość zagrania meczu piłkarskiego. Bardzo szczęśliwi i z szerokimi uśmiechami na twarzach wspominamy nasze walentynkowe wyjście.

Class 3b spent Valentine's Day in tropical swimming pools at the "Bińkowski Resort Hotel". The students played together in the water, swam with the rafts on the river around the entire pool and slid down the slides. The atmosphere of the swimming pool affected at all the children - they felt like they were on a real island. After the fun in the water, it was time to play in the playroom. In addition children could also play table tennis. The opportunity to play a football match was also a lot of fun. Very happy and with wide smiles on our faces, we remember our Valentine's day out.

Rajd pieszy

The first hike in our Historical Spring series

Dnia 24.02.2022 rozpoczęliśmy cykl rajdów pieszych, których celem jest poznanie Kielc oraz ich okolic, historii i innych walorów.
Pierwsza wyprawa powiodła nas od Centrum Szkolenia ONZ (niegdyś słynny 4 Pułk Piechoty Legionów) na kieleckiej Bukówce, przez Telegraf, górę Hałasa, Stadion i Biesak. Zakończyliśmy rajd pod budynkiem szkoły.
Uczestnicy przeszli ok. 10 km, co nie było trudem, a pogoda tego dnia była wprost wymarzona.

Uczniowie mieli możliwość zapoznania się z istotnymi wiadomościami na temat historii miejsc, w których się zatrzymywali. Dowiedzieli się m. in., że Kielecka Bukówka rozwijała się od 1925 roku, kiedy to postanowiono o budowie nowej jednostki.
Kolejno powstawały: osiedle dla żołnierzy i oficerów oraz infrastruktura dla pozostałych mieszkańców tego terenu. W końcu Bukówka została połączona z miastem bitą drogą.
To właśnie żołnierze z kieleckiej Bukówki stanowili połowę załogi Westerplatte w 1939 r.

On February 24, 2022, we started our series of hikes aimed at getting to know Kielce, its history and surroundings.
Setting off in front of the UN Training Centre Bukówka in Kielce (formerly the famous 4th Legion Infantry Regiment) the fantastic hike took us via Telegraf, Mount Hałasa, Stadion to Biesak and ended in front of the school building.
The ten-kilometre march was both relaxing and informative, and the weather that day was magnificent.
The students had a unique opportunity to get to know a lot of important facts about the history of the places on their way. They found out, among other things, that Kielecka Bukówka has been developing since 1925 when the decision to build a new unit was made.
Successively, a housing estate for soldiers and officers, as well as infrastructure for other inhabitants of this area were built and Bukówka was connected with the city by a dirt road.
The students marvelled at the fact that the soldiers from Bukówka in Kielce constituted half of the Westerplatte crew in 1939.

Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy

WOŚP

30 stycznia odbył się 30-sty, jubileuszowy, finał Wielkiej Orkiestry Świątecznej Pomocy. Uczniowie naszej szkoły również zaangażowali się w zbiórkę ochoczo pełniąc rolę wolontariuszy. Od godzin rannych, pomimo niesprzyjającej pogody dzielnie kwestowali w niedzielę. W tym roku zbiórka poświęcona jest wsparciu okulistyki dziecięcej - cieszymy się, że mogliśmy pomóc w realizowaniu szczytnego celu.

On the 30^th of January the grand finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity was held. The students of our school helped the case as the volounteers. On Sunday, despite the unwelcoming weather, starting in the morning they were eagerly rising money for the charity, This year's donation is colected to support children's ophthalmology - we are greatly proud to be able to help such a noble cause.

Visit to the theater

Uczniowie klas czwartych byli gośćmi w Teatrze Lalki i Aktora „Kubuś”w Kielcach na sztuce o ciekawym tytule „Arka czasu”. „Arka czasu” to opowieść o heroizmie, o pięknej miłości i przyjaźni młodych ludzi oraz chęci przetrwania w najgorszych warunkach. Wszystkim naszym uczniom historia ta bardzo się spodobała i z całego serca wszystkim polecamy obejrzenie jej. Po wizycie w teatrze udaliśmy się na wspólną herbatkę i ciastko w pobliskiej kawiarni :)

The students of 4th grades went to Theatre Kubuś in Kielce to see a play: " The Ark of Time". All the students enjoyed the play a lot and they recommend it to anyone. After the performance, they went to a nearby Cafe for a cake and tea.
